When Pigs Fly, one of the leading artisan bread bakers in New England, is seeking passionate individuals to become Retail Sales Associates for our Jamaica Plain, MA retail location. We're interested in finding folks with vibrant personalities, energy, warm smiles, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for connecting with customers!

At When Pigs Fly, we take pride in delivering over 30 varieties of freshly baked bread, cookies, and sweets to our Jamaica Plain store every single day. In addition, we showcase an extensive range of locally and regionally sourced specialty products, including olive oils, vinegars, artisanal butters, and delectable jams and jellies.

Our scheduling is designed to provide flexibility, with options for morning opening and evening closing shifts to align with your availability. Shifts are usually about 6 hours long, typically 8:30am - 2:30pm or 2:30pm - 8:30pm. We are currently looking for someone to work 3-4 shifts a week. Weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Represent the brand and our products

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

- Operate cash register and help customers during their store experience

- Engage with customers and promote our products and brand

- Assist with day to day operations of a retail store

-Operate a bread slicing machine (applicants must be 18 to perform this task)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
